Twelve women from different colleges vie to be this year’s Miss Silliman. The Pre-pageant night was held on August 20, 2015 at the Claire Isabel McGil Luce Auditorium, where contestants present their talents and their advocacies. Silliman University Medical School’s candidate, Miss Katrina Logarta, showed off her artistic abilities in the talent portion and promoted to help abused children through art for her advocacy.

On August 24, 2015, at the Lamberto Macias Sports and Cultural Complex, was the pageant night, candidates flaunted their theme wear and answered the photo interpretation segment, the night gown competition followed afterwards.

Special awards were awarded to the following candidates:
Miss Silliman Foundation – Miss Stella Amistad, Law
Best Speaker - Miss Shamah Bulangis, School of Public Administration and Governance
Best in Talent – Miss Jeva Rhoden, College of Arts and Sciences
Best in Production Number - Miss Lexandrea dela Cerna, College of Engineering and Design
Best in Themed Wear – Miss Lexandrea dela Cerna, College of Engineering and Design
Best in Evening Gown – Miss Lexandrea dela Cerna, College of Engineering and Design
Miss Photogenic – Miss Lexandrea dela Cerna, College of Engineering and Design
Miss Professionalism – Miss Jeva Rhoden, College of Arts and Sciences
Miss Congeniality – Miss Maria Christina Goodwin, College of Nursing and Miss Marya Inocencio, Graduate Studies
Darling of the Press – Miss Shamah Bulangis, School of Public Administration and Governance
People’s Choice Award – Miss Lexandrea dela Cerna, College of Engineering and Design
Miss Fitness – Miss Shamah Bulangis, School of Public Administration and Governance
Miss Beauty All Over – Miss Lexandrea dela Cerna, College of Engineering and Design


After the awarding of the special awards, the top five candidates were announced:
Miss Arts and Sciences, Miss Jeva Rhoden
Miss Nursing, Miss Maria Christina Goodwin
Miss Business Administration, Miss Genin Amiscaray
Miss Public Administration and Governance, Miss Shamah Bulangis
Miss Mass Communication, Dae Narah Garcia

The top five candidates will answer the final question which was: “How do you relate the Miss Silliman pageant to the whole person education of Silliman University” The board of judges decided to add three more candidates who will be given the chance to answer the final question, which caused some controversy during the pageant. However, it was decided that only the top five will be judged and will have the chance to be crowned Miss Silliman 2015.

The night ended with Miss Genin Amiscaray from College of Business Administration being crowned as Miss Silliman 2015, Miss Jeve Rhoden from College of Arts and Sciences was Miss Cover Girl 2015, and Miss Shamah Bulangis from School of Public Administration and Governance was Miss Headline Girl 2015.
